9 Tips For Happier Life


A. Do not Fear and Worry

Feelings of fear and fear is the mind of the least productive. Most of the things we worry about or fear never happen. So what are we worried and scared?

2. Never hold a grudge

Revenge is the largest and heaviest burden would be if we put it in his heart. Will you take him through life? .... I do not think so. Do not waste our energy by holding grudges, it is definitely of no use. Our energy use is for things positive .

3. Focus On The Issues

If we have some problems, finish our problems one by one. Do not think to solve problems at once because it will make us even more stress.

4. Do not Bring Your Sleep Problems

Problem is very bad for the health of our sleep. Our subconscious mind is the extraordinary that can make us nervous and we are not sleeping soundly.

5. Do not Take Your Problems To Solve Other People

Helping others who are in trouble is a noble thing, but if we take the largest share to solve the problems of others that's the fault of the largest. Let the person who solve their own problems with the largest share.

6. Do not Live in the Past

Perhaps it is comfortable for us to remember the fun things in the past but do not you fall asleep in it. Concentrate with what is happening right now, because we would be able to feel a lot of happiness in the moment. I'm sure we'll have the feeling happier than when we celebrate what is happening today than in the remembrance of happiness'd read in the past.

7. Be a Good Listener

Probably most people including me hard to be good listeners. On the contrary we expect others to listen to us, but actually to learn to listen to others, we will get a lot of new things that can be very useful for the happiness of our lives.

8. Do not Let Frustration Setting and even Disrupting Your Life

Have mercy on us more than anything, I mean let's not give in to frustration. Move on. Take positive action and do it consistently.

9. Always be thankful

Grateful and thankful for everything we get, not only the positive but also negative, because I believe behind every negative thing is there are good things we can learn.
